

Cut the beef into 2 cm cubes;
Peel the garlic, remove any shoots and chop;
Prepare the marinade using the soy, Nuoc Mam and oyster sauces, garlic, (sugar) and black pepper;
Allow the beef to marinate in this mixture for at least 30 minutes;
Heat the vinegar and sugar;
Finely chop the red onion, then pour over the hot mixture of vinegar and sugar;
Melt a little Sublim’ “L’Exotique” organic virgin coconut oil in a frying pan and sauté the beef cubes over a high heat;
Prepare the salad or watercress, then cut the tomato and lime into quarters;
Serve the sautéed meat immediately alongside all of these sides.
Suggestion: For an even more exotic feel, why not sprinkle a few toasted sesame seeds or peanut shards over your plate!
Accompany this super fresh dish with Thai or Basmati rice – either in a plain or tomato version!
