Directions for use:

storage at room temperature dry and protected from light;

controlled melting and cooling;
14 to 16 recommended uses in deep fryers;
the chef’s trick for perfect fries: first cooking of 7 to 10 min between 140 and 160 ° C, second
cooking of 2 to 3 min at 180 ° C.
